Atlanta’s Worst Real Estate Photos

So it’s been a while since I’ve photo-shamed some of my fellow real estate agents. But I’ve got to tell you, it never ceases to amaze me how frequently I see listings with photos like these. I just can’t imagine how a homeowner would allow their agent to market their home this way. If you’re thinking about selling your home anytime soon, here’s a few surefire ways NOT to accomplish that goal.

Enjoy!

Try tilting your head to the right…

Twilight photos can really capture the essence of a home:

Not sure what’s going on with this… bathroom?

That’s a nice angle …it shows the house well.

Looks like someone got carried away with their monochrome Instagram filter.

I can’t pin this one on the photographer but I feel like he really didn’t help the situation:

It’s a tough neighborhood apparently…

Almost the perfect bathroom, but they left the seat up.

…is that a peep hole?

The Endust is right there!  Although, I’m not sure it would have helped that much.
