2828 Peachtree Condominiums Overview
With four or fewer units on each level, 2828 Peachtree is one of the most exclusive high-rise condo buildings in Buckhead. Built-in 2002, this minimalist inspired high-rise stands 32 stories tall and is home to only 79 private residences. The building sits across the street and just south of The Phoenix on Peachtree and is immediately recognizable by its slender rectangular shape that’s wrapped completely in sky-blue windows. The nearly seamless windows are only accented by the concrete and plaster corners were cozy balconies are hollowed out on each floor.
The understated entrance can easily be missed on Peachtree Road as the building is tucked behind some smaller condos, giving it a somewhat hidden feel. As you walk towards the entrance, the building stands impressively, almost imposingly, above you. The lobby is modest in size but it’s richly decorated with wood paneling and nicely accented artwork. The building has secure underground parking and fob key access for residents. A 24-hour concierge is available to assist with homeowner needs and to grant access to visitors.
As you ride up the elevator and step out on the landings you’ll begin to notice that the building feels very secure as there are security cameras on the elevator and every landing (in fact, the HOA states there are 61 surveillance cameras in the building). The landings are sparsely, yet comfortably decorated and are noticeably quiet.
2828 Peachtree Residences
With four or fewer units on each floor, the residences tend to feel larger than they are, and-10 foot ceilings only add to this open and airy feel. The units themselves tend to have a more traditional feel than what you might expect given the building’s sleek exterior. Many of the floorplans have small foyers at their entrances which adds to the traditional feel. While the building’s glass exterior gives the appearance that the units would have floor-to-ceiling windows, this is not the case. The windows are seamless and run wall-to-wall but they’re grounded on small ledge that sits 2-feet above the floor.
Homes are equipped with an array of high-end features, including large open kitchens with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and built-in refrigerators. Foyers are typically covered with large squares of marble tile and wide plank hardwoods can be found in kitchen s and common areas. Bathrooms are also nicely appointed with granite countertops, dual vanities, upgraded fixtures and frameless showers. The balconies are uniquely situated in the corners of the building and grant residents incredible 180° views of the surrounding area. And the views are fantastic…

From almost every side of the building the views extend out to the horizon. Units facing the northeast have an unobstructed view looking directly up Peachtree Road into the heart of Buckhead. All residences on the southwest and southeast sides look out over the Cathedral of St. Philip and have absolutely stunning views of the Atlanta skyline.
