Paces 325 Condominiums Overview
Paces 325 is fantastic high-rise condo building in the heart of Buckhead just steps from Buckhead Atlanta. Built in 2004, this distinctive brick and stucco building is home to 206 residences. The building has somewhat of a traditional feel compared with its more contemporary neighbors, like Eclipse. However, the building’s most distinctive feature is its rounded northeast corner, which hosts an array of seamless windows on each floor, granting those units unparalleled views of Buckhead.
The building has recently been through a large scale renovation, and as you walk through the tall glass foyer into the lobby, you pass by several sitting areas that are comfortably decorated with high quality furniture and gentle lighting. The building has secure covered parking and secure access for residents via fob keys. The 24-hour concierge greets you in the lobby and is happy to direct guests and assist with residents’ needs.
While the lobby is more traditionally styled, there’s a noticeable shift as you step off the elevators onto the landings. The décor almost feels as if it was plucked straight out of a stylish boutique hotel. The lines are simple and clean, and darkly stained furniture is juxtaposed against textured, off-white backdrops. The carpeting and wall accents are also tastefully done with light, textured colors juxtaposed against large blocks of dark colors. The landings and hallways are gently and warmly lit and the trim and carpeting seem as if they were just laid …perhaps because they just were.
Paces 325 Residences
The units themselves have 9-foot ceilings and are open and airy. The kitchens are nicely equipped with stainless steel GE Profile appliances, granite countertops, under-mount sinks, and cherry or maple cabinets. Kitchen and living room floors are typically hardwood, while bathrooms are outfitted in tile. Granite countertops are also featured in bathrooms as are framed mirrors. Units feature ample windows and 8-foot tall sliding glass doors lead to nested balconies that are private and intimate.
The Views, the Views, the Views…
Like many of the high-rise condos in Buckhead, Paces 325 boasts commanding views of the surrounding areas. South facing units look out over the pool and tennis court, and have spectacular views of the Atlanta skyline. East facing units have views out to Stone Mountain as well as the Buckhead financial district. The north facing units also have wonderful views of the Buckhead skyline and Buckhead Forest. The best views however, belong to the units in the northeast corner whose living rooms are dominated by a large, bowed wall of windows that peers straight into the heart of Buckhead. Units on this corner have some of the most unique and appealing views in all of Atlanta.

Paces 325 offers a wide assortment of amenities including a terrace-level pool, lounge areas, grilling stations, a fitness center with a full complement of treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, and free weights. 325 Paces is also one of the few condo buildings in the area that offers a tennis court.
