The Cottages at the Manor Golf & Country Club is in full bloom and the first homes are popping out of the ground.
As we’ve just sold the first two homes, here are a few behind the scene shots of the neighborhood, the incredible lots, and the homes that will make this, perhaps, the most unique and desirable neighborhood in North Atlanta…
Over half of the homes will back up to the first three holes of the Tom Watson designed course, like this one being built by Ty White and Peachland Homes on the first hole – The view from the backyard:
