I had the chance to visit Painted View Ranch earlier this week (photos below) and it’s truly a one-of-a-kind home. While I was there, I found myself thinking that I haven’t seen a home like this since I toured Tyler Perry’s Buckhead estate which sold for $17.5M three years ago. In fact, the quality of materials and craftsmanship in Painted View Ranch are at least on par with, if not slightly nicer than, Tyler’s home.
From the moment you pull through the gates, the entire estate has the feel of a world-class resort. No expense was sparred and the attention to detail is simply stunning. When you enter the house, the weight of the ornate Honduras mahogany and wrought iron doors immediately tells you this is no ordinary home. From there, it gets a little harder to concentrate on the details as the soaring windows and dazzling design provide a treat everywhere you look.
My colleague, Cynthia Chandlee, is representing the owners, and the home is being offered at auction on June 26, 2018 at 4 PM EDT with a reserve price of $7.9 million. If you’d like more information on the home, please feel free to reach out to me anytime.
