SR Homes Continues to Excite with New Homes in The Manor Golf and Country Club

SR Homes has made a great name for themselves building high quality homes in the $300-700s for several years all over North Atlanta. While their reputation has always been solid, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and design of some of their first forays into the million plus market in The Manor Golf and Country Club.  SR Homes built a handful of homes in the neighborhood in the $1.2 – $1.4M range and they look wonderful.

I recently visited 3257 Watson Bend and the home checked all the right boxes. It had great curb appeal with an interesting roofline that accented the natural stone and brick exterior. While most of the homes in The Manor have a double door front entry, SR opted for a tasteful single oversized arched doorway that fits nicely within the arched stone of the covered porch.   The interior was well appointed and inline with what you would expect for a home in this price range with quartz countertops, WOLF appliances, glass paneled stacked upper cabinets, 3-1/2” hardwoods, and cabinet-quality mudroom benches and lockers.

I especially liked the hidden walk-in pantry/kitchen-office whose entry was built into the cabinets doors. It was a very nice touch. SR Homes also chose not to cut corners when finishing this room. There is an extreme amount of custom built shelving and cabinets complete with crown molding, base trim, and a granite countertop for the built-in desk.  It makes you wonder if they’ve put this much effort into a room that’s designed to be hidden away, how much work have they put into the rest of the home…
